Darkness to Light is a national global nonprofit committed to empowering adults to prevent child sexual abuse. We believe that protecting children is an adult’s responsibility, and that through education and training adults will be empowered to act. Since our founding in 2000, more than 1.9 million adults have been trained in our flagship program, Stewards of Children®, which is facilitated across the world by over 12,000 committed volunteers
Humanities Foundation has been a leader in providing affordable housing for families since 1992 to the surrounding community.
Beyond affordable housing, the Foundation provides a wide range of services to assist residents with human service needs.
Enhancing the lives of the youth residing in our affordable housing communities is an important initiative. It‛s our goal to link economically disadvantaged, at-risk children to positive role models and leaders. Through summer camps and afterschool programs,
children get to experience educational activities, sports, field trips, art projects,
technologies, and youth mentoring.
